Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending a Solo Q Vancouver event, you agree to the following:
1. Respect & Inclusivity
All attendees must treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, identity, religion, political beliefs, or any other personal characteristic. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Violations may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future Solo Q events.
2. Registration Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete contact information when registering. Solo Q Vancouver is not responsible for ticket issues or refunds if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
3. Event Experience
Solo Q Vancouver strives to create welcoming spaces for connection and fun but cannot guarantee specific social outcomes or connections. Participation is at your own discretion.
4. Liability
By attending, you acknowledge and accept all risks related to participation, including personal injury, loss, or damages. Solo Q Vancouver is not liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the event.
5. Alcohol & Conduct
If the event includes alcohol service, attendees must be of legal drinking age (19+ in BC). Intoxicated or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
6. Photo & Video Release
Attendees consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is canceled. In that case, refunds will be issued minus any processing fees.
8. Entry Rights
Solo Q Vancouver reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for violations of these terms or unsafe behavior.
9. Event Space Compliance
Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the event space provider. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
